Due to the Fremont Unified School District remaining closed for the 2020-2021 school year, all of our sites will also remain closed. BACC looks forward to reopening for the 2021-2022 school year and reconnecting with families and the community.

All of our BACC locations are presently closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the closure of FUSD schools.  We are presently taking inquiries of families who are interested in Distance Learning Care to form stable pods of students.  If interested in Distance Learning Care, please contact us to be placed on our interest list.  Once we reach a minimum number of families to form stable pods, we will proceed with re-opening one of our locations. Thank you.

Our school age and preschool programs continue to be closed during the summer months.  We are projected to re-open at the end of August.  Taking into account what Fremont Unified School district decides, Alameda County Health Department and Community Care Licensing regulations are, new health and safety protocols will be put into place.  Our priority is the health and safety of our families and staff and we will continue to prepare for our re-opening with the necessary measures in place.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our centers will not be offering summer camp this year.  We will be taking this time to prepare our centers and staff for a safe and healthy re-opening in September.  We look forward to seeing all of you soon and wish you and your families a safe summer.
March 16, 2020

As you may all know by now, Fremont Unified School Districts will be closing all schools effective March 16, 2020 as a precaution and in an effort to slow the potential spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus).  That being said, as we are on school campuses, we will be closing all BACC sites (preschool and school age) as of 3/16/20.  The safety and well-being of our BACC children, families, staff and community is our top priority.  For families that are unable to work from home, we understand that this is a burden and we are deeply sensitive to this.  We find ourselves in a position that we are unable to stay open, for the safety and well-being of all.  We will resume with before and after school care and our preschool programs once Fremont Unified School District re-opens schools.

Before our closure, teachers worked tirelessly to clean and disinfect all common surfaces and toys.  Our custodians will come in and continue the cleaning by ensuring that the centers are given a deep and sanitized cleaning.
Thank you for your patience in this constantly changing scenario.  Although there is much uncertainty as the situation evolves, we take solace in the fact that we live in a wonderful and compassionate community.  We look forward to re-opening our centers to our BACC children and families and seeing you all again.  In the meanwhile, please take care and stay safe.
